Job Description

Connected International, Inc. is seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist to join their team in Stockton. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, operating the front desk, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities

Greet patients with a positive and warm welcome
Operate front desk computer and check in patients
Process paperwork for new patients and update patient files
Provide new patients with a brief explanation of services
Maintain online and paper menus with daily offerings
Communicate effectively with management and coworkers
Comply with company policies and procedures
Support the Store Management team in driving sales and minimizing shrink
Respond to customer needs and manage issues

Requirements

Must be 21+ years old
Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Normal, corrective vision range and ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols
Manual dexterity to operate job-related equipment
Normal hearing range
