Order Fulfillment Lead - Norcal (Noon to 8:30pm)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, warehouse operations, and distribution
• Implement operational policies and procedures
• Utilize forklift, electric pallet jacks, hand trucks, etc.
• Ensure effective and safe use of warehouse equipment
• Ensure safety of staff
• Motivate and hold accountability of staff
• Maintain documentation and keep accurate records of warehouse activities
• Process orders
• Operate mechanical and IT systems
• Liaise with transport companies, suppliers, and clients
• Train, supervise, and appraise staff
• Maintain statistical and financial records
• Ensure that quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met
• Manage budgets

Requirements

• 2+ years Order Fulfillment Lead experience minimum, overseeing a team of 14+
• Experience in a retail supervisor role setting a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent experience is required
• Forklift Operator Certification preferred, but not required
• Must meet Kiva's Motor Vehicle Requirements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
• Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions and safety rules
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
