Order Fulfillment Agent

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing finished goods from vault storage for dispensary orders
• Using an order picker to retrieve products from high shelves
• Confirming batch labels are correct on finished goods
• Creating and confirming products, unit counts and compliance labels match dispensary manifests
• Toting and sealing all finished orders for delivery
• Staging outgoing orders

Requirements

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure
• Well organized and ability to keep deadlines
• Works well with all peers
• Effective communication skills
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
• Basic Excel, Word, and general computer knowledge
• Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
• Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
