Operations Training Supervisor

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve training materials
• Deliver hands-on and classroom-style training for new hires and existing employees
• Set clear expectations for performance, quality, safety, and compliance
• Partner with site leadership to assess training needs and design targeted training plans
• Observe employee performance and provide real-time coaching and feedback
• Track and report on training completion and post-training performance metrics
• Support operational launches, process changes, and system rollouts
• Ensure all training programs support compliance with state and federal cannabis distribution regulations

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• 2+ years of last-mile distribution and logistics experience
• Associate degree or 2 years of relevant work experience
• Outstanding communication and people skills
• Knowledge of manual and systematic warehouse movement
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., bend, stretch, and twist
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
