Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly finished goods operational plans
• Identify and resolve production challenges
• Coordinate with procurement, cultivation, commercial, and quality departments
• Collaborate with facilities resources for maintenance and break-fix needs
• Accomplish production results by communicating job expectations and coaching employees
• Maintain workflow by monitoring steps of the process
• Develop and lead continuous improvement processes
• Provide effective leadership and maintain a positive culture

Requirements

• Experience in operations management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and manage a team of 15+ individuals
• Knowledge of production processes, mechanical equipment, and technology solutions
• Understanding of HACCP, GMP, and QIS standards
