Nursery Technician

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Caring for plants in the vegetative state
• Transplanting, cutting clones, watering, trimming, bottoming, topping, pruning, defoliating
• Recognizing requirements associated with the strain, growth patterns, and identifying anomalies
• Reporting issues to leadership
• Meeting production goals while maintaining performance, safety, and quality
• Maintaining open communication with the leadership team and co-workers
• Cleans and sanitizes all flower rooms, benches, irrigation systems
• Interpreting and following cultivation schedules

Requirements

• Associate's degree or certifications preferred
• Prior experience in manufacturing or fast-paced environment
• Ability to utilize simple math for calculations
• High focus and attention to detail
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must possess valid state ID
• Must be able to obtain and maintain state badging requirements
