Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full state P&L, including revenue, gross margin, contribution margin, working capital, and headcount
• Lead end-to-end physical operations, including warehousing, fleet, last-mile delivery, and inventory management
• Lead the commercial team, including brand acquisition and renewal, retailer wallet share, and marketplace adoption
• Maintain audit-ready compliance and licensing across every facility in the market
• Build and lead a cross-functional team across operations, sales, account management, and compliance
• Represent Nabis at industry events, with regulators, and with the media

Requirements

• 8+ years of senior leadership experience, with at least 3 years owning a meaningful P&L
• Background in high-growth marketplace or logistics operations, cannabis operations, or regulated CPG distribution
• MBA or equivalent preferred but not required
• Hands-on operator with experience running physical operations at scale
• Real-time marketplace fluency and commercial range
• Regulated-industry instincts and ability to treat compliance as a feature
• Bias to action and willingness to travel 20-30% across Nabis facilities
