MIP Production Associate - Kitchen (M - F 7 am - 3:30pm)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Working with a team to achieve department goals
• Ensuring compliance with operational procedures and company standards
• Reporting to Shift Supervisors, Shift Leads, and Team Leads
• Inspecting products for quality assurance
• Ensuring proper placement of informational/compliance stickers
• Filling and assembling products to predetermined weight
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
• Identifying and notifying leadership of quality and compliance issues

Requirements

• Production or manufacturing experience
• Attention to detail
• Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
• Ability to work independently or with a team
• High School Diploma or GED
• 21 or over
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, reach, and repetitive motions
