Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Working with a team to achieve department goals
• Abiding by operational procedures and company standards
• Reporting to shift supervisors, shift leads, and team leads
• Inspecting products for quality assurance
• Ensuring proper placement of products' informational/compliance stickers
• Filling and assembling products to predetermined weight
• Handling and casing products properly during packaging
• Identifying and notifying leadership of quality and compliance issues
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
• Maintaining a positive attitude when interacting with others

Requirements

• Must be 21 or over
• 1 year of production or manufacturing experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Observant and detail-oriented
• Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and time management skills
• Reliable transportation, good attendance, and punctuality
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with team members and leadership
• Ability to work independently or with a team with guidance and supervision
