Marketing Coordinator

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate promotional activities such as vendor days, pop-up events, and other marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with inventory management teams to ensure that promotional products and marketing materials are adequately stocked and distributed
• Provide support to marketing and sales teams by delivering promotional materials, product information, and field marketing support
• Gather data on promotional campaigns and activities, providing weekly reports on campaign effectiveness and results
• Contribute to enhancing the customer experience by ensuring that marketing initiatives align with customer service excellence
• Manage the creation and distribution of print marketing materials, ensuring that signage and graphics are delivered to stores in a timely manner
• Work closely with the field marketing team to strategically present products, highlighting features, benefits, and seasonal promotions

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, with proven success in managing promotional campaigns and supporting field marketing initiatives
• 3+ years of experience in logistics or inventory management is highly desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members, vendors, and clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting
