Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Work with a team to achieve department goals
• Abide by operational procedures and company standards
• Report to Shift Supervisors, Shift Leads, and Team Leads
• Inspect products for quality assurance
• Ensure proper placement of informational/compliance stickers
• Fill and assemble products to predetermined weight
• Handle and case products properly during packaging
• Identify and notify leadership of quality and compliance issues
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
• Maintain a positive and constructive attitude

Requirements

• Must be 21 or over
• 1 year of production or manufacturing experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Observant and detail-oriented
• Strong multi-tasking, organizational, and time management skills
• Reliable transportation, good attendance, and punctuality
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
• Ability to work independently or with a team
