Manufacturing Technician

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to the daily production schedule to ensure attainment of efficiency goals
• Verify that all applicable working areas, tools, and processing equipment are maintained and in good working order
• Clean and sanitize glassware, transfer materials, storage vessels, tools and working surfaces
• Manufacture products in accordance with processing batch records using manual and semi-automated equipment
• Maintain and calibrate equipment as needed
• Keep work area cleaned and well organized
• Inspect work area upon arrival and departure for proper safety and eGMP
• Accurately complete batch records and associated documentation
• Troubleshoot equipment and process problems
• Support process development
• Contribute to continuous improvement of TerrAscend processes
• Ensure the safety of themselves and others by maintaining a safe and orderly workspace

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry or Biochemistry or related fields preferred
• Positive attitude and self-motivation
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Able to push, pull or lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• Capable of sitting, standing, kneeling, bending, squatting and or walking for extended periods of time
