Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in general manufacturing duties such as dispensing, packaging, equipment breakdowns, moving products, inventory audits, labeling, sanitation, post-harvest processing
• Collaborate effectively with coworkers when assigned group work
• Input documentation as required
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Maintain an ability to execute techniques consistently
• Maintain compliance with worker protection standards (WPS)

Requirements

• 1-3 years working in a manufacturing environment
• High School diploma or GED
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Adaptability for changes at last minute
• Ability to work both in a team and independently
• Ability to accurately follow multi-layered instructions
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver license
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must successfully complete a comprehensive background check
• Must pass a drug screening
