Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train manufacturing team members
• Monitor employee attendance and adherence to schedules
• Assist in creating production schedules and ensuring daily plan execution
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Formulate and create batch records for products
• Handle hazardous materials and cannabis waste according to SOPs
• Maintain equipment and perform daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly checks
• Assist in creating and maintaining SOPs and training new hires

Requirements

• Leadership experience and ability
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months of cannabis experience in a CGMP manufacturing facility
• Positive attitude and self-motivation
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Physical ability to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 50 lbs
