Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all departmental activities
• Provide clear, consistent leadership aligned with PharmaCann’s mission, values, and performance expectations
• Maintain a positive work environment and support strong team morale
• Communicate effectively with team members and collaborate with Post Harvest and Packaging leadership
• Ensure all compliance requirements are met and adjust departmental practices as regulations or SOPs change
• Enforce all policies, procedures, and company standards
• Support the Senior Manager of Post Harvest in staffing needs
• Manage attendance-related processes
• Assist with departmental or facility projects

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to meet productivity standards, manage multiple deadlines, and resolve operational issues
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to resolve conflict and navigate complex situations professionally
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to create, modify, and utilize electronic documents
• Knowledge of local, state, regional, and federal employment laws related to supervisory responsibilities
• Experience in a fast-paced production environment
• Supervisory experience preferred
