Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage kitchen staff to produce high-quality cannabis-infused edible products
• Set weekly and monthly production schedules
• Maintain production logs, lab test results, and other required documentation
• Coordinate with vendors to order ingredients and supplies
• Ensure facility cleaning and sanitation meet state and company standards
• Develop and implement recipes and production processes

Requirements

• Effective solutions-based attitude and management style
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience leading, managing, coaching, and developing direct reports and teams
• Understanding of recipes, food production, and kitchen sanitation
• Strong task-management skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
