Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Follow instructions given by the manager
• Participate in routine inspections of buildings and equipment
• Submit and complete work orders accurately and effectively
• Perform basic repairs and maintenance
• Learn and assist in maintaining cannabis process equipment
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings and equipment
• Support workspace reconfigurations
• Accommodate a flexible schedule and respond to issues or problems rapidly
• Complete assigned tasks within established timeframes and specifications

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or GED required
• 0-1 years of experience working in maintenance
• Willingness to learn cannabis processing equipment operations and develop maintenance skills
• Ability to use task management system and reporting
• Strong communication skills
• Adaptable, proactive, and willing to work weekends and extended hours as needed
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check in accordance with state regulations
