Job Description

Curaleaf is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help keep their facility safe, efficient, and in great condition by handling a variety of maintenance and repair tasks. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, 3-5 years of hands-on experience in building or facility maintenance, and strong problem-solving skills. The Maintenance Technician will tour buildings and grounds regularly, complete daily and preventative maintenance work orders, and respond quickly to emergency work orders. The role requires a proactive, dependable, and safety-focused approach to work, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.

Key Responsibilities

Tour buildings and grounds regularly to identify and document facility needs or deficiencies
Complete daily and preventative maintenance work orders
Respond quickly to emergency work orders such as water leaks, clogged drains, loss of power, or other safety-related issues
Install and troubleshoot lighting systems
Maintain plumbing fixtures
Complete urgent and routine work orders
Support seasonal upkeep such as snow removal, de-icing, and general grounds maintenance

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
3-5 years of hands-on experience in building or facility maintenance
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Skilled in a wide range of maintenance tasks and tools
Ability to work at heights, in tight spaces, lifting heavy objects, and being outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
