Job Description

The Logistics Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in ensuring finished product moves safely, efficiently, and compliantly across operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage delivery networks
  • Oversee fleet operations
  • Lead, coach, and develop delivery drivers and logistics team members
  • Coordinate driver schedules, routes, delivery windows, and warehouse hours
  • Ensure inventory is received, tracked, manifested, and transferred accurately
  • Maintain inventory records, cycle counts, and vault accuracy
  • Collaborate with sales, production, and lab teams
  • Support preparation of manifests and delivery documentation
  • Conduct ongoing process improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 years of experience leading daily logistics or delivery operations
  • Experience managing warehouse operations, delivery schedules, and inventory accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license or state-issued ID required
  • Ability to meet NJ cannabis affiliation requirements
