Logistics Coordinator

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with material counts, merchandise, or supplies in stock and post totals to inventory records
• Compare inventories to office records or compute figures from records such as production records or purchase invoices
• Prepare reports such as inventory balance, price lists, and shortages
• Utilize BioTrack to ensure inventory records remain compliant with state rules and regulations
• Handle transfers and prepare manifests for delivery teams
• Stock and issue materials or merchandise
• Assist with wholesale orders, including picking, packaging, counting, stickering, and scanning

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to tackle complex order fulfillment problems
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient computing skills, including basic operating system knowledge and file organization
• Strong mathematical skills, including ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
