Lifecycle & Campaign Operations Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution of the GTM calendar
• Build, QA, and deploy email campaigns
• Execute app pushes, SMS, and loyalty communications
• Manage store-level duplication
• Ensure accurate links, promos, pricing, and compliance
• Partner with analytics team to ensure campaigns are tracked correctly
• QA all campaigns prior to launch
• Validate menus, promos, and featured SKUs
• Ensure timing alignment across channels and in-store
• Review basic performance weekly
• Make tactical optimizations
• Escalate insights and risks to leadership
• Support retail and demand planning needs tied to campaigns

Requirements

• Experience in marketing operations
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Alpine IQ, Sprout Social)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
