Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the overall operation of the Dry, Trim, and Cure Department
• Schedule DTC staff and execute proper curing procedures
• Track efficiency and enter data
• Operate drying rooms and oversee trimming sessions
• Maintain daily/monthly logs and reports for tracking purposes
• Communicate daily output and obstacles to supervisory staff
• Assist in the division of harvest batches into lots and input data into the inventory control system
• Execute Dry & Final Trim sessions and ensure finished product is remitted to Trim Supervisor

Requirements

• Marijuana Establishment Agent Card
• Ability to understand and achieve department and company goals in a timely manner
• Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing
• Thorough command of compliance software and job specific information technology
• Adherence to all industry standards set forth by Local, State, and Federal regulations
• Capacity to achieve daily directives and department goals
• Flexible work schedule required
• Proficient in Windows based software
• Excellent communications skills and attention to detail
