Job Description

As a Lead Store Associate at Curaleaf, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, guiding and inspiring your team, and driving performance in a retail store environment. You will serve as a brand ambassador, lead by example, and help shape a welcoming and high-performing store environment. You will also be responsible for executing opening and closing duties, maintaining inventory integrity, and achieving daily KPI goals through consultative selling and upselling strategies.

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older
High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or sales environment
Minimum 1 year of experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling
Minimum 6 months of leadership experience in a retail environment
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Familiarity with retail standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and loss prevention practices
Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
