Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Create a warm and welcoming environment for customers
• Coach team members to deliver exceptional service
• Drive consultative selling on the floor
• Foster a culture of loyalty and resolve customer concerns
• Execute opening and closing duties, including daily huddles and cash reconciliation
• Maintain inventory integrity and ensure compliance with SOPs and state regulations
• Achieve daily KPI goals through sales strategies
• Guide and support store associates in daily operations
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback to drive team performance

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or sales environment
• Minimum 1 year of experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling
• Minimum 6 months of leadership experience in a retail environment
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Familiarity with retail standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols
