Job Description

Curaleaf is seeking a Lead Store Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences, guide and inspire the team, and drive performance in a retail store environment. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities

Create a warm and welcoming environment for customers
Coach team members to deliver exceptional service
Drive consultative selling and upselling strategies
Execute opening and closing duties, including daily huddles and cash reconciliation
Maintain inventory integrity and ensure compliance with SOPs and state regulations
Achieve daily KPI goals and reinforce customer purchase decisions
Guide and support store associates in daily operations and provide real-time coaching and feedback

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older
High School Diploma or GED certificate
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or sales environment
Minimum 1 year of experience using point-of-sale systems and cash handling
Minimum 6 months of leadership experience in a retail environment
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Familiarity with retail standard operating procedures and safety protocols
