Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Wellness Advisors in customer consultations and handle standard questions or complaints
• Assist customers in product selection through education of different cannabis products and their varying impacts on the human body
• Apply effective selling and cross-selling techniques to build baskets
• Verify proper documentation and ID for customers
• Assist in verifying the accuracy of orders being dispensed to customers
• Perform accurate cash handling and troubleshoot technical issues in the Point of Sale system
• Maintain accurate records of all dispensary activities and perform routine inventory counts
• Ensure product stock is organized and meets compliance regulations
• Assist with onboarding and training Wellness Advisors and ensure day-to-day compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, with cannabis experience preferred
• Flexibility to work shifts that may include opening, closing, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and product-related information in a professional consultative manner
• Ability to learn and understand cannabinoids and how they interact with the human body
• Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
• Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
