Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting cannabis products
• Lead and manage a team of hourly employees
• Ensure compliance with state and company regulations
• Perform cash handling and inventory management tasks
• Troubleshoot technical issues with the Point of Sale system
• Maintain accurate records of dispensary activities
• Assist with onboarding and training new employees

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to learn and apply technical and product-related information
• Must be 21 years of age or older
