Lead, Performance and Rewards Program Analyst

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational execution of performance management processes
• Own performance workflows within the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and system configuration
• Develop and maintain tools, templates, job aids, and reporting to support consistent performance conversations
• Analyze performance outcomes and trends, producing insights and recommendations to improve program effectiveness
• Support the administration and day-to-day execution of enterprise compensation programs
• Maintain compensation data, structures, and documentation to support pay equity and transparency
• Partner with Finance and HR leadership on compensation planning, modeling, budgeting, and market analyses
• Support the launch, analysis, and reporting of company-wide engagement surveys

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR, compensation, performance management, or total rewards
• Strong understanding of performance management practices and compensation fundamentals
• Working knowledge of relevant labor laws and compliance considerations
• Experience with compensation benchmarking, survey data, and analytics
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with HRIS experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, collaboration, project management, and organizational skills
