Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support retail floor team
• Ensure exceptional customer experience
• Support onboarding and training of team members
• Reinforce selling and service techniques
• Partner with management on goal alignment and execution
• Organize daily workflow and coordinate tasks
• Communicate daily specials and operational updates
• Address and de-escalate customer concerns
• Ensure store meets standards for appearance and organization
• Support security and safety protocols
• Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to action planning
• Complete sales transactions and ensure compliance with regulations
• Support front and back-of-house dispensary operations
• Assist with inventory management and cash handling

Requirements

• Availability to work nights, holidays, and weekends
• Open availability
• Ability to lead by example and promote a positive work environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Knowledge of cannabis products and regulations
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
