Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example to promote a positive customer experience
• Support onboarding, training, and development of team members
• Reinforce selling and service techniques to achieve sales goals
• Partner with management on goal alignment and execution
• Organize daily workflow and coordinate operational tasks
• Communicate daily specials and operational updates to the team
• Address and de-escalate customer concerns
• Ensure adherence to company policies and operational standards
• Support security and safety protocols
• Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to action planning

Requirements

• Availability to work nights, holidays, and weekends
• Ability to lead by example and promote a positive customer experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of cannabis products and regulations
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
