Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example to promote a positive customer experience
• Support onboarding, training, and development of team members
• Reinforce selling and service techniques to achieve sales goals
• Partner with Managers on goal alignment and execution
• Organize daily workflow and coordinate operational tasks
• Communicate daily specials and operational updates to the team
• Address and de-escalate customer concerns
• Ensure store meets standards for appearance and merchandising
• Support security and safety protocols
• Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to action planning

Requirements

• Ability to work nights, holidays, and weekends with open availability
• Strong leadership and customer service skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment
• Knowledge of cannabis products and regulations
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
