Key Responsibilities

• Inspire and motivate teams
• Oversee staff and ensure exceptional customer experience
• Support training and development of team members
• Promote selling and service skills to achieve sales goals and KPIs
• Assign and oversee daily tasks
• Communicate daily specials and operational updates to staff
• Intervene and de-escalate customer concerns and complaints
• Ensure store is maintained to high standards of aesthetics, merchandising, organization, and cleanliness
• Uphold security and safety measures, and ensure compliance with regulations
• Identify and communicate business opportunities
• Perform sales transactions in compliance with state regulations
• Oversee front and backend dispensary operations
• Assist customers with product selection
• Maintain knowledge of new and existing products
• Perform inventory management tasks
• Follow dispensary cash handling policies

Requirements

• Ability to work nights and weekends with open availability
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire teams
• Knowledge of cannabis products and industry
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent required
