Key Responsibilities

• Inspire and motivate teams
• Oversee staff and ensure exceptional customer experience
• Support training and development of team members
• Promote selling and service skills
• Plan daily agenda and monitor breaks and floor coverage
• Assign daily tasks and ensure efficiency of sales, inventory, and security functions
• Communicate daily specials and operational updates to staff
• Intervene and de-escalate customer concerns and complaints
• Hold staff accountable for policies and standards
• Maintain store aesthetics, merchandising, organization, and cleanliness
• Uphold security and safety measures and ensure compliance with regulations
• Partner with Management on employee behavioral issues and development
• Identify business opportunities and participate in action plans
• Responsible for opening and closing the store as assigned
• Perform sales transactions and ensure compliance with state regulations
• Oversee front and backend dispensary operations
• Assist customers with product selection
• Comply with safety and security protocols
• Achieve daily/weekly sales objectives
• Perform administrative tasks and maintain knowledge of products and industry
