Job Description

Lead Patient Care Associate responsible for managing daily dispensary operations, including patient services, inventory management, cash handling, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Opening and closing the dispensary
  • Balancing cash and product inventory
  • Observing and participating in patient services
  • Updating communication binders and patient intake forms
  • Auditing patient intake forms and cash handling records
  • Providing feedback on inventory levels and sales
  • Educating team members on product offerings and regulations
  • Participating in weekly and quarterly retail meetings
  • Representing the company brand and building community relationships

Requirements

  • 2+ years of supervisory or key holder experience
  • 21+ years of age with a valid driver's license or state ID
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to pass NJ cannabis affiliation requirements
