Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Inspire and motivate teams by leading by example
• Oversee staff and ensure exceptional customer experience
• Support training and development of team members
• Promote selling and service skills to achieve sales goals
• Partner with managers on goal setting and performance objectives
• Assign and oversee daily tasks for sales, inventory, and security
• Communicate daily specials and operational updates to staff
• Intervene and de-escalate customer concerns and complaints
• Hold staff accountable for handbook policies
• Ensure store maintenance and uphold security and safety measures
• Identify and communicate business opportunities
• Perform sales transactions in compliance with state regulations
• Oversee front and backend dispensary operations
• Assist customers with product selection
• Maintain knowledge of products and the cannabis industry
• Perform inventory responsibilities such as picking and building orders
• Follow cash handling policies and procedures

Requirements

• Ability to work nights and weekends with open availability
• Leadership and management experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of cannabis products and the cannabis industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
