Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate teams to achieve sales goals and exceptional customer experience
• Train and develop team members on service and product knowledge
• Partner with management on goal setting and performance objectives
• Oversee daily tasks, inventory, and security functions
• Communicate daily specials and operational updates to staff
• Intervene and de-escalate customer concerns and complaints
• Ensure store maintenance and uphold security and safety measures
• Perform sales transactions and ensure compliance with state regulations
• Assist customers with product selection and maintain knowledge of cannabis products
