Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily dispensary operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Balance cash and product inventory
• Participate in patient services and consultations
• Maintain accurate records and update communication binders
• Audit patient intake forms and ensure compliance
• Perform general office work and provide feedback to management
• Educate team members on products and regulations
• Participate in meetings and represent the company brand
• Build relationships with community leaders
• Manage inventory, including receiving and processing product deliveries
• Handle cash and maintain balanced counts

Requirements

• 2+ years of supervisory or key holder experience in retail or hospitality
• Proven record of inspirational team leadership
• 21+ years old with a valid driver's license or state ID
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to pass NJ cannabis affiliation requirements
• High attention to detail and ability to multi-task
