Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Opening and closing dispensary procedures
• Balancing cash and product inventory
• Observing and participating in patient services
• Updating communication binders and patient intake forms
• Performing general office work and cash handling tasks
• Educating team members on products and regulations
• Participating in weekly and quarterly retail meetings
• Representing the company brand and building community relationships
• Maintaining inventory records and performing cycle counts
• Coordinating cash handling and deposits

Requirements

• 2+ years of supervisory or key holder experience in retail or hospitality
• Proven record of team leadership and inspirational skills
• 21+ years old with a valid driver's license or state ID
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to pass NJ cannabis affiliation requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required
