Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate teams to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
• Train and develop staff on product knowledge and service skills
• Manage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, and security
• Handle customer concerns and complaints
• Maintain store aesthetics, merchandising, and organization
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
• Perform sales transactions and manage inventory
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as customer tracking and sales reporting

Requirements

• Previous experience in a leadership or management role
• Knowledge of cannabis products and regulations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
