Key Responsibilities

• Opening and closing of dispensary
• Balancing cash and product inventory
• Observing and participating in patient services
• Updating Communication Binder
• Auditing patient intake forms
• Performing general office work
• Providing feedback on inventory levels and sales
• Ensuring proper recordkeeping
• Educating team members on product offerings and regulations
• Participating in retail meetings
• Building relationships with community leaders
• Representing the company brand
• Creating and submitting state recaps
• Picking and building orders
• Supporting inventory counts
• Receiving and processing product deliveries
• Recording daily inventory
• Assisting in inventory cycle counts
• Following cash handling policies
• Counting and closing daily tills
• Coordinating cash counts with Management

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Reliability and dependability
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
