Key Responsibilities

• Leading Post Harvest team members to achieve weekly objectives
• Supervising and training team members
• Ensuring compliance with state and federal laws and regulations
• Providing technical leadership and guidance to team members
• Conducting employee evaluations and coachings
• Assisting with providing effective leadership to employees
• Ensuring effective communication with team members
• Maintaining a safe and organized work environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• At least 6 months employment with PharmaCann preferred
• At least 1 year experience in a commercial cannabis operation preferred
• At least 1 year of prior leadership experience preferred
• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment required
• Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds regularly
• Consistent on-time attendance for all scheduled shifts
