Job Description

Curaleaf is seeking a Lead Logistics Coordinator to oversee the planning, organization, execution, and follow-up of daily delivery route assignments. The successful candidate will ensure internal and external customers are serviced in a compliant, on-time, and in-full capacity, while maintaining acceptable levels for driver safety, best-in-class customer service, efficiency, and cost. The Lead Logistics Coordinator will also be responsible for partnering with peripheral teams to meet planned team objectives, measuring and analyzing key department metrics, and maintaining accurate and timely completion of manifests and continuous communication to sales partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate order fulfillment, including staging and transportation
  • Develop and optimize delivery schedules and routes using historical and predictive data
  • Monitor delivery adherence, product integrity, and safety, ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Maintain strict inventory records of all inbound/outbound products and track product movement
  • Utilize and maintain inventory tracking systems, ensuring compliance with DOH regulations
  • Schedule and oversee fleet maintenance, ensuring vehicles are roadworthy, sanitized, and compliant
  • Maintain timely communication with Sales, Delivery, and Fulfillment Teams regarding orders, manifests, and deliveries
  • Update and distribute reports, tracking KPIs and core metrics to achieve departmental objectives
  • Identify and implement process improvements in routing, fulfillment, and delivery operations
  • Conduct quality audits and ride-alongs to assess and enhance operational effectiveness
  • Train and mentor team members in standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and best practices

Requirements

  • Six months relevant experience in a cannabis setting with a concentration on logistics, order fulfillment, transportation, or inventory management preferred
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. minimum
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Effective communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic
  • Willingness to learn and improve each operation
  • Basic mechanical aptitude to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot computing and manifest printing equipment
