Job Description

The Lead Inventory Coordinator is responsible for data input, quality, and audits, working with the Compliance Manager and Cultivation team to ensure compliance throughout the facility. This role involves conducting inventory inspections, maintaining METRC and Biotrack logs, and creating METRC plant tags. The Lead Inventory Coordinator will also communicate with the cultivation team, perform physical counts, and update whiteboards with strain counts. Additionally, this role will involve auditing plant rooms, completing documentation, and entering data to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducts inventory inspections and maintains METRC and Biotrack logs
  • Communicates with cultivation team to create new plantings in METRC
  • Creates METRC plant tags for plants
  • Performs physical counts of each flower room and Mother Room
  • Updates whiteboards with strain counts
  • Audits plant rooms through Biotrack/Metric Systems on a monthly basis
  • Accurately completes documentation and enters data to ensure compliance
  • Communicates identified discrepancies to team leads and Compliance Manager
  • Investigates and participates in correction activities as directed
  • Ensures all waste is properly logged and disposed of
  • Collects daily waste from cultivation team
  • Assists grow team during harvests and uploads new plants to rooms using METRC
  • Trains and educates on data collection and auditing systems and procedures
  • Establishes data quality standards and works with Management team to ensure standards are met

Requirements

  • 3+ years of data management and auditing experience
  • Advanced knowledge and experience managing database systems and/or data warehouse
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with data integration and extraction from and to multiple diverse data sources and software programs
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage several tasks/projects concurrently and prioritize work effectively
  • Ability to sit or stand for 10 hours per day
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
