Lead Inventory Coordinator

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain precise inventory records throughout the product lifecycle
• Oversee product intake, ensuring invoice accuracy and system entry with correct naming
• Perform regular cycle counts, audits, and monthly full-store inventory assessments
• Ensure adherence to inventory procedures and compliance with state regulations
• Investigate and identify inventory discrepancies in partnership with the Store Manager
• Coach and advise team members on proper inventory handling and care
• Accurately log receipts, process documentation, and manage manifests for all deliveries
• Regularly audit the menu platform to ensure product information complies with state laws
• Support scheduling for inventory team members and manage inventory supplies
• Occasional travel (up to 5%) to support nearby locations

Requirements

• At least 1 year in a retail inventory leadership or supervisory role
• Proven experience in training and developing team members
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• A commitment to adhering to state regulations and maintaining compliance
• Exceptional customer service skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
