Lead Field Visual Merchandising Specialist

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee in-store visual merchandising across assigned regions
• Support national-level execution of merchandising strategies
• Conduct store visits to validate brand consistency and visual execution
• Provide training, mentorship, and support to Field Visual Merchandising Specialists
• Utilize Asana to manage all visual merchandising projects and tasks
• Serve as the main liaison between creative, sales, and retail teams for merchandising execution
• Facilitate communication to align on project briefs, goals, and timelines
• Organize and lead meetings with Marketing Managers, Creative Managers, and Sales Reps to coordinate custom visual needs

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in visual merchandising, marketing, or field execution
• Strong execution skills in visual merchandising and field installations
• Excellent project management, organization, and reporting capabilities
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead without authority
• Proficient in Asana, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suite
• Willingness to travel up to 50% regionally and nationally
