Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and product education to patients
• Assess patient needs and recommend suitable products
• Conduct accurate inventory counts, prepare sales reports, and manage stock levels
• Follow up with patients to address questions or concerns
• Deliver medical cannabis to patients safely and efficiently
• Assist in training new staff members and managing daily operations
• Maintain a professional and discreet demeanor, upholding patient privacy and adhering to company policies

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of sales experience, with dispensary-related experience a plus
• Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Computer literacy and accurate data entry skills
