Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and product education to patients
• Assess patient needs and recommend suitable products
• Conduct accurate inventory counts and manage stock levels
• Deliver medical cannabis to patients and vendors
• Maintain clear communication with patients, colleagues, and management
• Assist in training new staff members and participate in weekly manager calls
• Oversee home delivery team and ensure compliance with documentation

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years sales experience
• Dispensary-related experience a plus
• Must be computer literate and capable of accurate data entry
• Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must be at least 21 years of age
