Lead Dispensary Sales Associate

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while exceeding sales goals
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of medical cannabis to assess patient needs and recommend suitable products
• Maintain accurate inventory counts, prepare sales reports, and manage stock levels
• Follow up with patients to address any questions or concerns
• Conduct daily and weekly deposits and reconciliation, daily cash counts, and opening and closing procedures
• Assist in training new staff members and overseeing home delivery team

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years sales experience
• Dispensary-related experience a plus
• Must be computer literate and capable of accurate data entry
• Valid driver's license and in good standing
• Must be at least 21 years of age
