Job Description

The Lead Dispensary Associate is a key role at Greenleaf Apothecaries, a subsidiary of Canopy USA, LLC, a leading vertically integrated, multi-state operator in the United States cannabis industry. As a Lead Dispensary Associate, you will be responsible for interacting with patients, educating and advising them on cannabis products, maintaining records, and assisting with inventory and cash management. You will be cross-trained in all order fulfillment activities and will be expected to provide excellent customer service, maintain a clean and safe environment, and assist the Dispensary Manager with daily and weekly tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Greet members in person or on the phone and schedule appointments
Oversee member intake and renewal procedures
Maintain member records in compliance with State law and Company policy
Answer questions about the law and the Company from members and others
Assist members in selecting medicine and advise and educate them about safe dosage and other aspects of the medicine
Assist the Dispensary Manager with inventory and cash management, daily and weekly
Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment inside and outside the facility

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of cannabis products and laws
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Basic math skills and attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
