LEAD Cannabis Budtender (Full Time)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all patients and customers
• Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving and processing shipments
• Maintain a clean and organized dispensary, including the sales floor, inventory room, and other areas
• Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining an attractive and well-organized store appearance
• Provide guidance and support to other budtenders, including training and mentoring new staff members
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including new products, strains, and accessories

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a retail or customer-facing environment, preferably in the cannabis industry
• Strong knowledge of cannabis products, including strains, edibles, and concentrates
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
• Must be 21+ years old and able to pass a background check
